So this might sound crazy, but we are ready to say farewell to the waves, peal ourselves from the beach, brush off the sand, and head home. We have had more fun than we thought possible, but I know one little girl who is ready for her own crib and her own routine again.
Which means it is time to pack our bags, stash a zip lock bag full of sand we can pull out when we get home and the world is covered in snow, put on shoes (gasp) and long pants (no!) and grab one more drink before flying back to reality.
But from splotchy sunburns to pig farmers (a long story, I will type up later) this was certainly a vacation to remember.
Off to dig in the sand for a few more hours...
